The scholarship aims to make higher education more accessible by offering financial aid from Class 9 all the way up to postgraduate / professional / overseas studies. SBI Asha Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Below are the main eligibility requirements:

| Academic performance | Minimum 75% marks or 7.0 CGPA in previous academic year. For SC/ST category, some relaxation (≈ 67.50% or 6.3 CGPA). |
| Annual family income | For school students: less than ₹ 3,00,000. – For college / higher studies: less than ₹ 6,00,000. |
| Level of Study | Students studying in Class 9-12, undergraduates, postgraduates, medical students, students of IIT / IIM, and overseas study aspirants are eligible. |
| Nationality / domicile | Must be Indian citizen. Relevant domicile / admission proof etc. (As required by application). |
| Documents | Aadhar Card, Income Certification, Education Certificate etc. |
What is SBI Scholarship Amount & Benefits
It ranges from ₹ 15,000 (for school-level students) to up to ₹ 20,00,000 for overseas studies or high-cost professional courses.
